Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Xay spent the majority of his childhood involved in the theater. That was where he learned to sing, dance, and act. Falling in love with the power a song can have, Xay began writing. Inspired by 90's R&B and Hip-Hop, Xay Charles creates melodies of the heart; birthed from love.
